What should I do if racking is visibly damaged?
Keep people and loads away from the affected area, follow your site safety procedure and arrange for the damage to be assessed by a competent person.
Can you quote from photographs?
Photographs and component information are a useful starting point. Some repairs may require further information or a site review before the scope can be confirmed.
Do replacement parts need to match the racking system?
The correct compatible components must be identified before repair work proceeds. Mixing unidentified or unsuitable components is not an acceptable shortcut.
Can several repair items be completed together?
Yes. Multiple identified repairs can be grouped into one planned programme where the components and access are available.
Do you work outside Berkshire?
