Can you alter racking while a warehouse is operating?
Potentially, yes. The safe working area, access and sequencing must be agreed before work begins, and affected sections need to be made available for the work.
Can beam levels be moved?
Beam levels can often be repositioned, but the proposed configuration and the system requirements must be reviewed first.
Can you extend an existing racking system?
Where compatible components and an appropriate design are available, K&S can install agreed extensions to an existing layout.
Do alterations require drawings?
Accurate drawings or system information are very useful. The level of information required depends on the extent and type of alteration.
Can alterations be combined with repairs?
Yes. Known repair items can be discussed as part of the same planned programme, subject to the required components and agreed scope.
